Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General, Immigration & Passports, Islamabad, an attached department of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Government, is inviting sealed quotations for the provision and installation of a DC EV charger rated at 60 KW commercial fast charger with 2 guns at its headquarters located in Mauve Area, G-8/1, Islamabad. This procurement is aimed at establishing electric vehicle charging infrastructure at the directorate's main office to support green energy initiatives. The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete supply, installation, integration, and testing of the EV charging equipment in accordance with the detailed technical specifications provided in the tender annexures. The project scope includes ensuring the equipment is fully operational, new, and meets all specified technical requirements, along with provision of product brochures and necessary training to staff.
Interested bidders must be NTN and GST registered companies eligible to participate through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement Advertising and Tendering System). The earnest money deposit required is Rs. 260,855 as a fixed amount, and bidders must submit sealed technical and financial quotations offering competitive prices for free-of-cost delivery and installation at the consignee address. The bid validity period is 180 days from the tender opening date, with further extension possible for 90 days under PPRA rules. Bidders are mandated to fill the Company Evaluation Sheet (Annex-I) and comply strictly with all terms and conditions; non-compliance will result in automatic bid rejection.
Sealed quotations must be submitted through EPADS on or before Thursday, 16th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. The successful bidder must provide one year of comprehensive on-site warranty services at no extra cost or hidden charges, including 24/7/365 onsite technical support.
