Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites competitive bids for the supply of automobile spares and workshop equipment under RFQ Number SSGC/LP/EPADS/NR/2166204, Document Number 2166204. The scope of procurement includes hydraulic bottle jacks of various capacities (10 ton, 6 ton, 50-60 ton, and 3 ton), and specialized workshop tools including L-type wheel spanner wrenches and wheel spanners with tommy bars in multiple socket sizes for different vehicle types. The total requirement comprises 15 hydraulic bottle jacks (10 ton), 20 jacks (6 ton), 5 jacks (50-60 ton), 3 jacks (3 ton), 30 L-type wrenches (21mm socket), 15 L-type wrenches (19mm socket), 20 wheel spanners (41mm socket), and 10 wheel spanners (33mm socket). All items must meet specified technical standards with high carbon strength steel and chrome plating. Delivery is required to Khadeji Stores in Sindh province within 30 to 45 days after purchase order confirmation. The total fixed bid bond amount is PKR 40,000.
Bidders must be registered in the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) as per SRO 296(1)/2023 dated March 8, 2023. A physical bid bond of PKR 40,000 (or 2% of bid amount where applicable) must be submitted to the SSGC Tender Room at Head Office before the bid submission deadline, with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. Bidders are required to submit samples and manufacturer's technical literature with their bids. All documents must be signed and stamped as required. Bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS; bids submitted through other channels will be rejected. Bid validity is 120 days from the opening date, and bid security remains valid for 150 days. The quoted unit prices must be inclusive of all duties, taxes, and discounts (if any) except General Sales Tax (GST), which will be reimbursed separately to manufacturers and importers upon production of paid invoices.
Bid documents are available for download from the SSGC website and EPADS portal. The bidding process is open, with bids opening on June 24, 2026 at 17:58 hours and closing on July 21, 2026 at 12:00 hours. Evaluation will be based on the lowest technically and commercially compliant bidder unless otherwise specified. For queries or complaints, bidders should contact the General Manager (Procurement) or Deputy General Manager (Procurement) in writing. Any amendments to the BOQ or price schedule will render the bid conditional and liable for rejection. Orders will be placed on the lowest compliant bidder, with all offers remaining valid for 120 days from bid opening.
