Sui Southern Gas Company Limited invites sealed bids for the procurement of replacement filters, elements, and spare parts for Daewoo equipment and vehicles, including pay loader model Mega 300V oil filters, fuel filters, suction filter oil tanks, and various components such as bearing assemblies, water pump parts, wheel loader spares, timing gear cases, cooling water pump gaskets, and brake foot valve seal kits. The tender reference is SSGC/LP/EPADS/NR/2166200 with an estimated value and bid bond of PKR 50,000. Delivery location is specified as Khadeji Stores in Sindh province, with all items required to be delivered within 45 to 60 days after confirmation of purchase order.
Bidders must ensure participation through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and are required to submit physical bid bonds to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office before the bid submission deadline. All bidders must be registered in the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System as per SRO 296(1)/2023 dated 8th March 2023. Tender documents must be downloaded from the SSGC website and EPADS portal, with the Schedule of Requirements and Bid Form properly completed and submitted electronically before the closing date of 21 July 2026 at 10:30 hours. Bid documents require appropriate signatures, stamps, and all corrections must be signed and stamped by the bidder.
