Description / Scope of Work
NUST invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS V2.0) for the disposal of various condemned, salvage and demolition items on an as-is-where-is basis. This is a Single Stage One Envelope disposal proceeding conducted in accordance with the Disposal of Public Procurement Regulations 2024. The condemned items are currently stored at the Works Directorate of NUST located in Sector H-12, Islamabad, Federal Province. Interested bidders can inspect the items during working hours from 20 July 2026 to 27 July 2026 between 1000 and 1600 hours before submitting their offers.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-Procurement and hold valid NADRA Citizenship (CNIC) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. All participating bidders must be listed on the Active Taxpayer List. Each bidder is required to submit Bid Security or Earnest Money of Rs. 500,000 in favour of NUST to the Works Directorate before the closing time. Bids submitted without the required bid security will be rejected outright. Manual bids are not accepted under this procurement process.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 28 July 2026 at 1100 hours, with online opening scheduled for the same day at 1130 hours. The complete e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions and requirements are available on the EPADS v2.0 platform at https://www.epads.gov.pk/. Participating bidders will receive automatic notifications regarding preliminary results from EPADS v2.0, with final results to follow as per the bidding documents.
