Description / Scope of Work
The Gilgit-Baltistan Rural Support Programme, a government entity registered under the Companies Act 2017 as a not-for-profit company established in 2012, invites sealed proposals from experienced and tax-registered genuine spare parts dealers for the prequalification of suppliers. The procurement covers supply of spare parts and tyres for GBRSP's official vehicles for the fiscal year 2026-27. Eligible brands include Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, KIA, and Mitsubishi vehicles. The scope encompasses comprehensive sourcing of automotive spare parts and tyres to maintain the organisation's vehicle fleet in Gilgit-Baltistan. This procurement is conducted in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 to ensure quality, genuine parts from authorised and reliable dealers.
Bidders must be experienced spare parts dealers with current tax registration and genuine authorisation from the specified vehicle manufacturers. All proposals must meet the prequalification criteria detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to possess valid business registration and demonstrated experience in supplying automotive spare parts. The bidding documents, available at GBRSP Head Office Near Forest Complex Jutial, Gilgit, contain detailed terms and conditions, evaluation criteria, bid security requirements, performance guarantees, and bid validity periods. The cost of bidding documents is Rs 2000/- as per Rule 23(5) of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Interested bidders must obtain complete bidding documents from GBRSP Head Office and submit sealed proposals by 11:00 AM on 16 July 2026. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM at the head office.
