Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Controller Military Accounts (Peshawar Command) invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms and dealers registered with Tax Authorities and on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the supply of stationery and printing items to CMA (PC) Peshawar. This procurement notice seeks qualified vendors to provide various stationery and printing materials as specified in the tender documents. The scope includes supply of items to be delivered in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, with all specifications, terms, and conditions detailed in the formal bidding documents available from the G-Cash Section of CMA (PC). Interested parties should obtain complete specifications and tender requirements from the issuing office.
Prospective bidders must be well-reputed registered firms with valid Tax Authority registration and active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's taxpayer list. All applicable taxes as per prevailing government rules will be deducted from the bid amount. Bidders are required to submit earnest money as security amounting to 2% of the bid amount in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Controller Military Accounts (Peshawar Command). The bid rates shall be national, and all taxes shall be deducted according to existing government regulations.
Interested bidders must submit sealed bids to the G-Cash Section of the office by 16-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, after which bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of CMA (PC) Peshawar.
