Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Shujabad in Multan, Punjab is inviting bids for a comprehensive framework contract covering the fiscal year 2026-2027 up to 30th June 2027. The procurement encompasses thirteen lots totaling approximately 48.7 million Pakistani rupees in budgeted value, including medicines and surgical items, dialysis items under the SSP Program, dental items, general store and miscellaneous items, stationery, printing materials, X-ray films and accessories, laboratory items, surgical consumables, information technology equipment, repair and maintenance services for medical and laboratory machines, and medical gases. The hospital seeks to establish framework agreements with eligible suppliers to ensure consistent availability of these essential medical supplies and services throughout the fiscal year.
Bidders must be registered suppliers not associated with any consulting firm that prepared procurement specifications, and government-owned enterprises may participate only if they are legally autonomous and operate under commercial law. Bidders shall not be under blacklisting by any government department or the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). All goods and related services must originate from eligible source countries as defined in the bidding documents. A Bid Security of 2% (CDR) is required for each lot, with amounts ranging from 22,000 to 236,000 Pakistani rupees depending on the lot's budget estimate.
Bid submission must be made exclusively through the E-PADS online portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk on or before 18th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids to be opened the same date at 11:30 AM.
