The Federal College of Education (FCE) H-9, Islamabad is inviting sealed competitive bids for the solarization of its allied facilities including the Admin Block, Library, Hostels, and four Academic Blocks (A, B, C, and D). This tender document outlines the technical specifications and procurement requirements for an on-grid solar photovoltaic system installation project designed to reduce energy costs and promote renewable energy adoption across the institution's campus.
