Combined Military Hospital Quetta invites sealed bids from SECP and preferably DGDP registered pharmaceutical firms for the supply of LP medicines on a daily basis for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued by the Medical Store at CMH Quetta in Balochistan province and encompasses the provision of licensed pharmaceutical medicines to support the hospital's medical operations. All participating firms must be duly registered with the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan, and must maintain current registrations with income tax and sales tax departments while being on the active list of the Federal Board of Revenue. Interested bidders are requested to intimate the maximum rebate or discount to be offered on the retail price of medicines.
Eligibility requirements mandate that only firms meeting the specified registration criteria with relevant government authorities are permitted to submit bids. Bidders must demonstrate compliance with FBR registration requirements and maintain active status in tax and sales tax systems. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Medical Officer In-Charge Medical Store CMH Quetta by 21 July 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives.
