Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap materials through E-PADS (Version 2.0) under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender concerns three lots of scrap material including aluminium scrap off size totalling 61,500 kilograms, PVC aluminium scrap of 25,000 kilograms, and wooden scrap of 50,000 kilograms, all lying at LESCO Regional Stores located in Pattoki and Shalamar in Punjab. The total estimated value of materials is substantial with bid security requirements ranging from 40,000 to 850,000 Pakistani rupees per lot. Items are being disposed on an as-is where-is basis, and interested bidders are permitted to visit and inspect the scrap materials on working days during office hours.
All participating bidders must meet eligibility and qualification criteria as specified in the bidding documents and must submit mandatory bid security in acceptable form to the office of the Chief Engineer (Materials Management) at LESCO Headquarters prior to the scheduled bid submission time. Bidders are required to provide undertakings regarding black listing, Environmental Protection Act compliance, and acceptance of all terms and conditions. Reserve prices are exclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be charged separately at the time of final payment according to government rules.

Electronic bids must be submitted through the E-PADS platform, and the tender will be opened on 21 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties should obtain bid documents from the official PPRA website or E-PADS and submit their bids before the scheduled closing date, following all prescribed procedures and requirements for national open competitive bidding.
