Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap material through E-PADS Version 2.0 under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure of Public Procurement Rules 2004 as amended. The tender comprises two lots: Lot 01 includes ACSR Lynx dismantled conductor with hardware such as jumpers and dead end body totalling 76,000 kilograms with a bid security of PKR 1,000,000; Lot 02 comprises iron scrap from structures and trollies totalling 100,000 kilograms with a bid security of PKR 250,000. The scrap material is currently stored at Warehouse CKM and Disposal Store Fazaiya and Regional Store Shalamar in Lahore, Punjab. All items are being disposed on an as-is-where-is basis with interested bidders permitted to inspect the material during office hours on working days.
Bidders must meet the eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the bidding documents and submit original bid security in acceptable form to the Chief Engineer Materials Management at LESCO Headquarters before the scheduled bid submission time. The tender is being conducted nationally under open competitive bidding procedures with all bids considered exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be charged separately at the time of final payment according to government rules. Bidders are required to provide undertakings regarding non-blacklisting status and compliance with environmental protection and all terms and conditions.

The tender is scheduled for opening on 21 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. All interested participants should review the detailed conditions in Parts A through E of the bidding document before submitting their bids, ensuring compliance with all mandatory requirements including bid security submission and eligibility documentation.
