Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the sale of scrap vehicles, motorcycles, and machinery on an as-is-where-is basis. This tender, referenced S-149(VEH)/26-III and dated 22 June 2025, offers multiple lots of disposable scrap material available at various company sites across Pakistan. The sale scope includes vehicles, motorcycles, and machinery equipment to be sold individually on a single-lot basis. Bidders must furnish a bid security equivalent to five percent of their quoted value in the form of a demand draft or pay order drawn from a scheduled bank in Pakistan and made payable to Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited. All quotations must be submitted exclusive of all taxes, with prices quoted in both figures and words in clear, legible format using the provided quotation form as Appendix A. Bids prepared in handwriting must be neat and clean with legible writeups; interpretation of ambiguous or poorly written bids shall be determined solely by the company. Bidders are permitted to quote for lots of their choice, but lump-sum offers covering multiple lots will not be considered for evaluation and may be rejected. Advance tax at ten percent for active filers and twenty percent for non-active filers applies to all lots, with sales tax at eighteen percent for active registration holders and twenty-two percent for unregistered persons. Vehicles and motorcycles are exempted from the sales tax category.
Physical inspection of the scrap material is available from 0900 to 1600 hours on any working day until one day before the tender opening date. Bidders are strongly recommended to conduct physical inspections and verify the actual condition and value of items before submitting quotations. Tender documents may be obtained up to 22 July 2026, with the extended closing date of 23 July 2026 at 1430 hours and bid opening at 1500 hours on the same day.
