Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Bannu under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids through the EPADS e-procurement system for two solarization works in the Bannu District under the Annual Development Program (ADP) No 210555. The first project involves solarization of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation (DWSS) scheme Kotka Malik Najib Zeraki Pirba Khel with estimated cost of PKR 3,086,000, while the second project covers solarization of DWSS scheme Kotka Awal Dad Sadey Khel with estimated cost of PKR 3,036,000. Both works are located within Bannu Division, KPK, with a combined estimated project value of approximately PKR 6.1 million.
Eligible bidders must possess valid E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) registration, Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) certification, valid Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) registration, Provincial Enrollment Certificate, and Electric Contractor License (Class-E) from the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy and Power Department. Bidders must hold specialized code CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, or EE-11 (Solar) category qualification. Bid security at 2 percent of estimated cost is mandatory, with physical submission of original security documents required through registered courier before the deadline.
Bid solicitation documents and Bill of Quantity can be downloaded from EPADS (epads.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA websites. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS by 15 July 2026 at 12:30 PM, with opening scheduled for 01 August 2026. Tender fee of 0.03 percent is payable as per KP-PPRA regulations.
