The Manager Forest Operations, Forest Development Corporation Malakand Circle Swat invites electronic bids from registered works and carriage contractors for harvesting and timber carriage services during the current financial year. The procurement covers ten harvesting lots and six carriage routes across forest compartments in the Swat region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Eligible contractors must have registered their names at least three months prior to the tender date for the respective categories of harvesting or carriage work. The total estimated value of the contract packages ranges significantly across multiple forest compartments including Behrain, Bashigram, and Miandam areas, with standing volumes measured in cubic feet and extraction methods specified as scantling or logging operations. Bid documents will be available from the Forest Development Corporation office at Manager Forest Operations, College Colony Saidu Sharif Swat, and interested parties must register on the EPAD portal at https://kp.procure.gov.pk to submit their bids electronically. Bidders are required to provide original bid security and additional security as specified in the Bid Solicitation Documents, with security amounts calculated at 2 percent of the contract value as either cash deposit receipt or bank guarantee in the name of the Manager Forest Operations. All bids must be submitted through the electronic system on or before 1200 hours on 15 July 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 1400 hours on the same date at the office in Swat. Each harvesting lot and carriage route requires separate bid submission with rates quoted per cubic foot for harvesting and per cubic foot approximate volume for carriage operations.
