For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
LCWU seeks a third-party technical audit of its Campus Management System (CMS) implementation—a specialized software review engagement, not development.
The PKR 500k contract implies a focused audit scope, likely 4–8 weeks of assessment work. This is a one-off validation project, not recurring. The 180-day bid validity and e-procurement-only submission suggest formal institutional procurement; bidders should expect detailed RFP terms. Notable: audit firms must demonstrate prior experience auditing ERP/CMS deployments in educational settings to be competitive.
Who can bid: Open to registered audit/software firms, joint ventures, and consortia. Mandatory: current FBR Income Tax registration, active Sales Tax registration, and appearance on Active Tax Payers List. SECP registration required if company structure dictates. No specific PEC category applies (non-construction). Must be PPRA e-Procurement registered and provide non-blacklisting affidavit at bid opening. Typically, prior audit certifications (ISO 9001, relevant software audit credentials) strengthen proposals.
