Installation of 2 New Weighbridges (125 Tons) by Export Processing Zones Authority

Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) invites sealed bids for the installation of 2 new weighbridges with a capacity of 125 metric tons at Karachi Export Processing Zone (KEPZ), located in the Landhi Industrial Area Extension along Mehran Highway, Karachi, Sindh Province. This is a civil engineering and equipment installation project managed by the EPZA Engineering Division. The project scope includes procurement, delivery, and complete installation of the weighbridge systems at the specified location within the export zone facility.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax department (ATL), Sales Tax departments, and licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the C-V or above category for the financial year 2025-2026. Bids must include a 2% bid security in the form of a pay order made payable to Export Processing Zones Authority, submitted in hard copy format in a sealed envelope along with all required technical and financial documents via the EPADS portal using the One Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Tender documents are available to registered bidders on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal and uploaded on the PPRA and EPZA websites. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:30 AM on 6 August 2026, with opening at 12:00 Noon on the same date in presence of committee members and attending bidders at the KEPZ office in Landhi, Karachi.
