Purchase of Macbook Pro Laptops by Peshawar High Court

Peshawar High Court invites sealed tenders through the E-Pad platform from registered firms and suppliers for the purchase of two Macbook Pro laptops. The units specified are 16-inch nano-texture display models in silver, featuring M5 Max processors with 18-core CPU and 32-core GPU, 36GB memory, 2TB storage, 140W USB-C adapters, and U.S. English keyboards. This procurement is for the Court's operations in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

Bidders must be registered on the E-Pad platform and should submit tenders accompanied by a call deposit equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount, payable to the Registrar Peshawar High Court. Bidders are required to provide their Sales Tax Registration Number and Bank Account Number in their tender submission. The successful bidder must further deposit a security amount as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Work and Services Rules 2014.

Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available from the Office of the Director IT, Peshawar High Court during office hours, and may also be downloaded from the KPPRA and Peshawar High Court websites. Sealed tenders must be submitted through E-Pad on or before 12 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. The successful bidder shall supply items within fifteen days of receiving the supply order and must comply with all applicable tax regulations. Tenders received after the deadline will not be entertained.
