For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SMIU is procuring 150 desktop computers for its Faculty of IT within 45 days—a standard replacement/expansion purchase for educational infrastructure.
The 5-year experience requirement and EPADS-only submission suggest institutional capacity screening. Tight 09:24 deadline and two-stage evaluation mean technical specifications will be scrutinized heavily; non-compliance on brand, processing power, or warranty terms risks rejection before pricing review.
Who can bid: Bidders must have minimum 5 years' relevant experience in desktop computer procurement and supply. Registration on EPADS is mandatory. Typically, Pakistani suppliers require NTN and valid business registration; import-based dealers need import licensing. No specific PEC or certification mentioned; check tender documents for technical qualification thresholds.
