Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, District Bannu invites sealed tenders for Enhancement and Beautification of Community Infrastructure at Union Councils Ghoriwala, Shamshi Khel and Jandi Khel under the KP Provincial ADP scheme titled Uplifting/Beautification Activities Including Infrastructure Improvement, Monuments, Street Lights & Green Space In Central District. The estimated project cost is PKR 40.00 million. The work encompasses community infrastructure development, beautification activities, and related improvements across three union councils in Bannu District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, funded under the provincial development programme for the 2025-26 financial year.
Eligible bidders must be Government contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Contractors must meet the C4 & Above category requirements. Bid security of PKR 800,000 (2% of estimated cost) in the form of a call deposit in favour of the Assistant Director (Senior) LG&RDD, H.Q. Bannu is mandatory. The security must be prepared after NIT publication and before the bid closing time.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). Eligible contractors must submit technical and financial bids through EPADS, with financial proposals sent via registered courier to the Office of Assistant Director, Bannu before the closing deadline of 06th August 2026 at 12:00 PM. The last date for online clarifications is 31st July 2026 at 05:00 PM. Technical bids will be evaluated first, and financial bids of only technically responsive qualified bidders will be opened thereafter. Bids remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
