Pakistan Ordnance Factories Sanjwal Cantt invites prequalification applications from firms and contractors for sixteen civil works contracts under term and periodic service arrangements. The contracts span repair, maintenance, artificer and minor works across four operational zones, periodic services including whitewash and paint work, road maintenance and marking, speed breaker repairs, and miscellaneous infrastructure maintenance throughout the POF Sanjwal Cantt facility in Punjab. Each contract carries a value of Rs 4.00 million on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates 2025 amended to date including all applicable taxes. The works comprise Fill Fy Zone-I, Engineering Fy Zone-II, Estate Bungalows Zone-III, and Estate Quarters Zone-IV, with additional contracts for roads, speed breakers, CB office, Mall road, DA Gate, B-22 Shop, Exchange Chowk and road marking infrastructure, all under the administrative oversight of the Air Maintenance Division.
Eligible firms and contractors must submit separate applications against each contract to the office of AiGM Civil Maintenance POF Sanjwal Cantt by 27 July 2026. Applicants are required to provide the firm's name with contact details and postal address, attested copies of active tax registration with the Federal Board of Revenue showing Active Taxpayer status and Sales Tax registration with 100 percent tax compliance, valid Professional Tax Certificate, valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council, an affidavit confirming the firm has never been blacklisted, evidence of relevant experience and satisfactory past performance on similar civil works contracts within the last financial year, detailed financial position bank statements for the preceding two financial years, managerial capability documentation including organizational structure, and partnership deeds or firm registration certificates as applicable.
Qualified contractors will be invited to participate in the bid proceeding. Earnest money at two percent of the contract amount must be deposited as a Call Deposit Receipt in favour of POF Sanjwal Cantt prior to tender submission. Sealed tenders may be deposited at Bid Centre Room Number 1 adjacent to Rabta Hall POF Wah Cantt before 1030 hours on 11 August 2026, with opening at 1100 hours the same day.
