AI/GM Civil POF Sanjwal Cantt invites prequalification applications from firms and contractors for sixteen civil works contracts under PPRA Rule 13(t). The contracts comprise term agreements for repair, maintenance, artificer and minor works across four operational zones (Fill Fy Zone-I, Engg Fy Zone-II, Estate Bungalows Zone-III, and Estate Qtrs Zone-IV), together with periodical services contracts for whitewash, paint and distemper works in the same zones. Additionally, contracts are advertised for speed breaker repair and maintenance, road repairs in various estate areas, mall road repair from Gun Chow to CB office, roads near DA Gate, B-22 Shop area, Exchange Chow to Gate No. 5, and road marking with paint application to curb stones and wall edges. All contracts are valued at Rs 4.00 million each using MES Schedule of Rates 2025 amended to date, including all taxes, and are located at POF Sanjwal Cantt in Punjab.
Applicant firms and contractors must submit separate applications for each contract along with active tax filer status (ATL of FBR for income tax and sales tax with 100% active status), attested copies of valid professional taxes certificate, attested copies of valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant field, affidavits confirming no blacklisting by any department, evidence of relevant experience and past performance in similar works completed satisfactorily in the last financial year, bank statements for the last two financial years, appropriate managerial capability and organizational structure, and partnership deeds or firm registration certificates. Pre-qualified contractors will be entitled to participate in subsequent bid proceedings.
Applications must be submitted by 27-07-2026 to the office of AI/AM Civil Maintenance POF Sanjwal Cantt with all required documentation. Sealed tenders will be received at the Bid Centre Room #1 Adjacent to Rabta Hall POF Wah Cantt before 1030 Hrs on 11-08-2026, with opening scheduled at 1100 Hrs on the same day. Earnest money of 2 percent of contract amount is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of POF Sanjwal Cantt.
