Description / Scope of Work
PARC Agrotech Company (Private) Limited (PATCO), based at NARC Complex, Park Road, Islamabad, invites electronic bids from interested and eligible bidders for the disposal of two unutilized official vehicles through open e-auction on an as-is-where-is basis via EPADS v2.0. The assets offered comprise a Toyota Corolla Altis 1.6 (Model 2021, Registration ATV-848) with a reserve price of Rs. 4,200,000 and a Toyota Corolla GLi 1.3 (Model 2016, Registration AAE-854) with a reserve price of Rs. 3,000,000. The disposal shall be conducted in accordance with applicable Public Procurement Rules, Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, and PPRA/EPADS instructions. This is a straightforward asset liquidation activity for a federal research and development institution.
Bidders must maintain valid EPADS v2.0 vendor accounts and comply with all platform registration requirements. Prospective bidders shall be individuals or registered firms holding valid CNIC or corporate identification, possess active NTN registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status as applicable, and provide authorization documentation for signatory representatives where required. All bids must be submitted electronically; manual bids shall not be accepted. Inspection of vehicles is strongly recommended and shall be available during office hours (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) at the PATCO Office, with Mr. Muhammad Irfan Khan, Account Assistant, coordinating access. Submission of an electronic offer constitutes acknowledgment of the bidder's acceptance of the vehicle condition.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 before the closing time on Friday, 18 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with online review and opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. The highest responsive offer shall be considered for award subject to verification, fulfillment of all terms and conditions, and Competent Authority approval. The successful bidder must deposit the full accepted sale price within seven working days of the award communication and shall complete all registration and transfer formalities within seven working days of full payment. All applicable taxes, duties, transfer fees, and registration charges shall be borne by the successful bidder in accordance with applicable law.
