For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

PCAA seeks 53 desktop computers with accessories from reputed international brands—a medium-scale IT equipment procurement typical of government modernization. The PKR 600,000 bid security (approximately 0.2% for a multi-unit order) suggests moderate contract value. Submission is electronic via EPADS with hard-copy bid security; bidders must be tax-registered. This is a one-off equipment purchase with a tight final submission window; international brand requirement narrows competition to authorized dealers and larger distributors with existing supply chains.
Who can bid: Bidders must be well-reputed, tax-registered companies or firms eligible to trade with government. Typically, bidders should possess valid NTN and SECP registration or sole proprietor documentation. The notice does not specify PEC or industry-specific licensing; however, dealers in IT equipment typically require manufacturer authorization or relevant trade registration.
