Supply and Installation of Smart Classroom Solution by Institute of Business Administration

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision, supply and installation of a Smart Classroom Solution. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement tender issued under reference IT/02/26-27. The tender is open to eligible vendors across Sindh province, with the main campus located in Karachi. Bid documents are available for download from the IBA tender portal at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA ePADS platform, with a tender fee of Rs. 2,000 payable via challan at any Meezan Bank branch.

Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities. The bid security requirement is fixed at 2 percent of the bid value, to be submitted as a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of IBA Karachi. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM at IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave. All bidders are required to submit their original signed and stamped bid documents along with original bid security to the IBA office before the bid opening schedule.

Tender documents with copies of bid security and supporting documents must be uploaded on the SPPRA ePADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ between July 23 and August 7, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Original bid security and bid must be physically delivered to IBA, Karachi before bid opening. Bids will be opened on August 7, 2026 at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. IBA reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the process under SPP Rules 2010.
