For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Municipal Committee Kasur seeks a single event management contractor for the 2026 URS (Sufi saint death anniversary festival) of Hazrat Baba Bullhey Shah—a cultural/religious event spanning July 2026–December 2027.
At Rs. 1.50M, this is modest-scale work requiring logistical coordination rather than construction. The tight closure (August 6, 2026) and immediate execution (July 1 start) suggest the organizer is finalizing arrangements late; bidders should be prepared for compressed mobilization timelines and potential scope adjustments as the event date approaches.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on E-PADS for FY 2026-27 and hold valid PEC license (category unspecified, though event work typically requires Category 'G' or equivalent). NTN/SECP registration typically required. No specific restrictions stated beyond PEC compliance; however, prior experience with cultural/religious events may be evaluated in technical scoring.
