Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad is inviting pre-qualification applications from interested firms and workshops for establishment of framework agreements to provide recurring repair and maintenance services for operational vehicles of various makes and models. The scope encompasses mechanical and electrical repair, engine overhauling, denting and painting, diagnostic services, wheel alignment and balancing, supply and replacement of spare parts including tyres and batteries, and related consumables as required. This federal procurement in Islamabad seeks to create a pre-qualified vendor list under Rules 15, 16 and 16A of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, with applications submitted through ePADS 2.0.
Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience and capability in vehicle repair and maintenance services for various vehicle makes and models. Bidders must possess adequate qualified technical personnel, machinery, tools, diagnostic equipment and plant facilities necessary for the prescribed services.
