Framework rate contract for organising national and cultural events in Chakwal over 12 months (FY 2026–27).
PKR 10 crore estimated value suggests medium-scale procurement with recurring annual potential. Notable constraint: unit rates only—no percentage or conditional pricing allowed, forcing transparent costing. 120-day bid validity and 28-day security buffer indicate standard government procedure; no pre-bid meeting mentioned suggests straightforward scope.
Who can bid: Must register on Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System), hold active NTN and PNTN with FBR and PRA, and submit all mandatory documents per bidding documents. Non-construction; no PEC category applies. Typically requires valid business registration (SECP if company) and tax clearance certificates.
