Description / Scope of Work
NADRA RHO KARACHI invites bids for acquiring rental office space to establish a NADRA Registration Center in Jamshoro, Sindh. This is a non-consultancy services procurement under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection technique, in line with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The contract will be funded from NADRA's reserved budget for FY 2026-27. The procurement reference is P117961 and bidding will be conducted entirely through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0), with no manual submissions entertained.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or bid securing declaration on the prescribed format as described in the bidding document.
