NADRA RHO Karachi invites bids for rental office space to establish a NADRA Registration Center in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal area of Karachi East, Sindh. This is a non-consultancy services procurement under FY 2026-27 with reference P117520. The procurement seeks suitable commercial office space that will serve as an operational registration center for NADRA's services in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal locality. The project is being conducted through open competitive bidding using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and can submit bids for provision of the office rental space. All bids must include Bid Security in the form of a bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders should meet standard eligibility requirements for non-consultancy service providers and provide all required supporting documentation as outlined in the bidding documents. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure.

Interested bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM.
