Description / Scope of Work
NADRA RHO Karachi invites competitive bids for acquiring rental office space to facilitate the shifting of the Executive NADRA Registration Center from its current location to DHA Karachi South. This non-consultancy services procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and uses the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique, following the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement covers lease of suitable office premises in the designated Karachi location with all specifications and scope of work detailed in the bidding documents.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 e-procurement platform and submit bids through this system only; manual submissions are not accepted. All bids require bid security in the form of a bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. Eligible bidders are those meeting the specified eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the bidding document, which are available on the EPADS portal and the NADRA office website.
E-bidding documents are accessible at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/117772. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM.
