This is a multi-lot prequalification exercise covering nine distinct service and supply categories for a federal special education authority. The closing date is August 2026, providing reasonable preparation time. Firms may pursue single or multiple lots depending on their capabilities. The bid security requirement of Rs. 500,000 per lot suggests moderate-scale contracts. Successful prequalification opens opportunities for supplying goods and services to a government educational institution across a full financial year, potentially representing recurring or framework-type engagements rather than one-off projects.
Who can bid: Applicants must be well-reputed and established firms with offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan or Registrar of Firms, and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. No specific PEC category is mentioned for construction, but builders and contractors typically require PEC registration. Firms applying for multiple lots must provide separate bid securities.
