For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

NEPRA seeks rental photocopier machines for its Islamabad head office through a competitive e-bidding process.
This is a services procurement of moderate scale, non-construction category. Key considerations: bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 before submission; bid security is mandatory; the deadline is firm with no manual submissions accepted; this appears to be a one-off or periodic service contract rather than a framework agreement. Strong emphasis on digital compliance suggests preference for vendors experienced with e-procurement systems.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The notice does not specify PEC category, NTN, or SECP registration; however, for non-consultancy services procurement in Pakistan, bidders typically require valid NTN and should be tax-registered if they are companies or sole proprietors.
