Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control invites sealed tenders from registered firms and authorized dealers for the supply of machinery equipment, computer equipment, software, furniture and fixture items, and vehicles including bulletproof tyres during the financial year 2026-27. The tender encompasses three distinct procurement categories: purchase of machinery equipment and computer systems valued at Rs 600,000 bid security; purchase of furniture and fixture items with Rs 500,000 bid security; and purchase of vehicles and specialized tyres requiring Rs 350,000 bid security. All deliveries must be made to R Block Pak Secretariat in Islamabad at approved rates throughout the financial year on short notice.
Eligible bidders must be properly registered firms or authorized dealers with duly registered sales tax registration, vendor numbers, NTN numbers, and active shop premises with telephone facilities. Tender documents require firms to submit firms registration certificates, national tax number, sales tax registration certificate, vendor number, and bank account or IBAN details. All quotations must be typed and submitted on the online e-procurement portal EPADS as well as in original hard copy form with stamp paper, rate lists, NTN certificate, and GST certificate.
Interested parties can obtain tender documents from the office of the undersigned till 25th September 2026 before office closing hours on payment of Rs 5,000. Sealed tenders complete in all respects must reach the Section Officer (General) at Room 604, R Block Pak Secretariat, Islamabad on or before 28th September 2026 up to 1100 hours, with opening scheduled for 1130 hours the same day in Committee Room S Block. Rates quoted for original or genuine brands remain valid until 30th June 2027.
