Description / Scope of Work
The Headquarters Airport Security (Airports Security Force (ASF)) invites pre-qualification applications from national suppliers for the supply of office stationery during the financial year 2026-27. This procurement process is designed to establish a panel of qualified suppliers who will subsequently be invited to bid for on-demand supply of office stationery items to meet the operational requirements of ASF. The scope encompasses various office stationery materials required for regular administration and operations at ASF facilities in Karachi, Sindh Province. This is a framework arrangement where successful pre-qualified suppliers will be eligible to participate in the formal bidding process following the completion of this pre-qualification stage.
The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants who meet the specified eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the pre-qualification documents. Interested applicants must possess the necessary business registration and be capable of supplying the required stationery items in accordance with ASF specifications. Applicants should review the detailed qualification criteria and evaluation parameters provided in the pre-qualification data sheet before submitting their applications. The evaluation will assess the financial capacity, operational capability, and experience of prospective suppliers.
Complete pre-qualification documents are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/65453. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before August 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with e-bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
