For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Security services contract for 90-day period at a public sector women's university in Sukkur. This is a relatively modest contract but comes with unusually strict qualification criteria: bidders must demonstrate 15 years of prior experience and current engagement with three universities simultaneously, plus five completed similar projects in last three years. The requirement for continuous multi-institutional service suggests the university seeks an established, stable provider rather than a new entrant. Tender competition likely limited to large, established security firms already serving HEC institutions.
Who can bid: Bidders must have 15 years experience in university security services and currently serve minimum three universities continuously for past three years. FBR registration for Income Tax and Sales Tax required; Sindh Revenue Board registration for services; PEC registration as applicable. Documents must be attested by gazetted officer Grade 17 or above with name stamp.
