Description / Scope of Work
The Government Shadab Training Institute for MC Bahawalpur invites competitive bids for the hiring of armed security guard services for the financial year 2026-27. The scope covers safety and security of students, staff, buses, assets and buildings of the institute. The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 1,420,000/- for a 12-month contract period. The contract will be executed through electronic bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 via the EPADS and PPRA portals. Location: Chak 10/BC near CTD Office, Bahawalpur, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with PPRA and EPADS, hold valid Sale Tax and Income Tax registration certificates, and maintain an NTN number. Firms must not be blacklisted or debarred from PPRA. A refundable bid security of PKR 71,000/- (5% of estimated cost) must be deposited through 1Link or online bank transfer against the generated PSID before bid submission. The successful bidder shall deposit an additional performance guarantee of 8% of the contract price before issuance of the service order.
Bidding documents are available from the PPRA website and Punjab e-procurement portal. Bids must be uploaded on or before 26 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender opening will occur on the same date at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027 and include all applicable taxes.
