For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
KUST is tendering security services provision—a medium-scale operational contract requiring established credentials (NTN/FBR registration, Ministry of Interior approval).
The one-lac security deposit indicates significant contract value. Submission is via E-PADS with sealed bids due October 2, 2026. Timeline is tight; pre-qualification compliance documentation (tax clearances, sector authorisation) will be critical. This appears to be an annual or multi-year service arrangement typical for university campuses.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold current Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, valid NOC from Ministry of Interior or Provincial Home Department, and KPRA department approval. Typically for security services contracts, providers should possess relevant PSO (Private Security Organization) licensing and employee background clearance where applicable.
