Description / Scope of Work
Legal Aid Society, a not-for-profit non-governmental organization based in Karachi, invites sealed bids from registered suppliers in Pakistan for the supply and delivery of IT equipment comprising servers, storage, network equipment and accessories. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers server, storage and network equipment (items 1 to 5) and Lot 2 covers accessories and cabling (items 6 to 9). Bidders may submit proposals for one lot or both lots and must quote for every item within a lot they bid for. The organization may award the lots to a single supplier or split them between multiple suppliers. Delivery is required at Legal Aid Society, Block C, First Floor, FTC Building, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Bidders must be registered suppliers with the relevant authorities in Pakistan. The tender document specifies detailed technical specifications for all items.
