For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

FDE is procuring routine stationery supplies for a federal girls college in Islamabad for FY 2026-27.

Scale appears small to medium based on institutional consumption patterns. This is a recurring annual need, not project-based. The tight deadline (August 17, 2026 closing) and mandatory e-bidding platform (EPADS v2.0) suggest standardized procurement; bidders must be platform-registered beforehand. Least-cost selection favors competitive pricing over technical differentiation, indicating commodity-level supplies.

Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 platform. Typically, Pakistani vendors require NTN, active SECP registration (if applicable), and relevant trade licenses. No PEC or construction category applies here. Bid security (amount unspecified in summary) or securing declaration required per bidding documents. Compliance with PPR 2004 mandatory.
