The Executive Engineer LG&RD District Ghanche invites sealed bids under single-stage one-envelope procedure for construction and improvement of link roads and community infrastructure in Gilgit-Baltistan. Contractors and firms must have valid PEC registration renewed up to 30 June 2027 or as extended by PEC. Rate quoted below 10 percent up to 25 percent of technical sanction requires an additional performance guarantee of 100 percent of the differential amount.
Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer LG&RD District Ghanche upon submission of a non-refundable tender fee via Treasury challan against the relevant work account. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and opened at the specified date and time at the Executive Engineer's office. One firm or contractor may apply for a maximum of two projects. Power of attorney for bidding must be on 100 rupee stamp paper mentioning the project name and attested by a First Class Magistrate.
