Description / Scope of Work
A Public Sector Organization invites sealed re-tenders from pre-qualified and security-cleared contractors for four separate works. The package comprises construction of Work Package No. 04 at site near Chashma (estimated cost Rs. 37.91 Million with 7-month completion period), construction of Deep Well Pump rooms with 04 numbers at site near Chashma (Rs. 36.71 Million, 6-month duration), furnishing of Building at Islamabad (Rs. 55.576 Million, 6-month timeframe), and construction of Work Package 01 at site near Karachi (Rs. 225 Million, 18-month completion). These projects collectively represent medium-scale infrastructure development across multiple locations in Pakistan with varied technical and logistical requirements suited to specialized contractors with relevant experience and clearances.
Eligibility is restricted to pre-qualified and security-cleared contractors as specified in tender documents. Bank Guaranty or CDR ranging from 0.8 Million to 4 Million rupees must be provided depending on the work package. Bid Security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked with the work name. If a bidder opts to submit Bank Guaranty instead of CDR, the guarantee must have an expiry date of at least 6 months from the bid opening date; otherwise the bid will be rejected. All bidders must comply with conditions outlined in tender documents issued by the organization.
Tender documents are available during working hours 0900 to 1600 hrs, Monday to Friday, from the organization's office in Islamabad. Two copies of Bill of Quantities (one original and one photocopy), both sealed, pre-signed and stamped with the work name clearly marked on the envelope, must be submitted. Tender submission closes one day before the opening date; bids will not be accepted by post, courier or telegraph. The Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance. Tender notice is also available at www.ppra.org.pk.
