For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
GDA seeks a PEC category 5+ contractor to manage water supply operations across three service areas in Skardu—a utility maintenance contract spanning repair, upkeep and day-to-day operations. The bid security requirement of PKR 0.6 million and category threshold suggest moderate contract scale. No contract duration is specified in the notice; bidders should clarify whether this is one-off or multi-year. Tight 10-day tendering window from 29 July.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration category 5 or above, valid for FY 2025-26. Only licensed contractors meeting this threshold may bid. Typical utilities work also requires NTN and normal tax compliance documentation.
