Construction of Wildlife Field Station at Bar Nao, Kohistan by Wildlife Department KPK

The Kohistan Wildlife Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed electronic bids for the construction of a Wildlife Field Station at Bar Nao, located under Peach Beala district in Kolai Palas. The project is valued at Rs. 17,508,288 and follows the KPPRA procurement rules 2014 under a single stage single envelope e-bidding system. The work encompasses the design and construction of a field facility that will serve wildlife management and research functions in the Kohistan region of KPK province.

Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above, maintain active status with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and possess a valid NTN from the Federal Board of Revenue. Contractors bidding up to 10% below the engineer's estimate are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the engineer's estimate, valued at Rs. 350,166 including stamp duty. The bid security must be in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank, submitted electronically with the e-bid.

Bid documents are available on ePADS before the closing deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 18 August 2026 at 1:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1:30 PM at the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Kohistan Wildlife Division at Pattan. Bidders are required to quote rates based on MRS-2022 (2nd biannual) and submit complete rate analysis with their bids. The successful bidder must sign an agreement with the department and work commencement will begin from the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
