For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Government is procuring construction of a specialized wildlife research facility in remote Kohistan at Rs 17.5M—a medium-scale project requiring design-build capability in mountainous terrain.

The tight 18-month delivery window and requirement for MRS-2022 rate analysis suggests complexity beyond routine building work. One-off infrastructure project for a niche sector; competitive bidding likely limited to experienced contractors familiar with KP government procurement and remote site logistics.

Who can bid: Bidders must hold PEC C-5 category or above, possess active KPRA registration, and maintain valid NTN from FBR. These are mandatory statutory requirements for government construction contracts in KP. Typical bidding requires proof of prior similar experience, though not explicitly stated here.
