Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Literacy and Non-Formal Education, School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, invites proposals from NGOs, Community Based Organisations, Consortiums, Firms, Trusts, and Charities for the establishment and operationalization of non-formal education centers across six selected districts of Sindh: Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Umerkot, Jamshoro, Jacobabad, and Kashmore. This procurement aims to expand educational access in underserved areas through partner organizations capable of delivering quality non-formal learning services. The project falls under the Government of Sindh's initiative to enhance literacy and educational opportunities in remote and disadvantaged regions, with district-wise allocation of centers to be approved by the Administrative Department. Interested implementing partners must respond to the Request for Proposals issued by the Directorate, demonstrating experience in non-formal education delivery and organizational capacity to manage centers effectively.
