Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Tax Office, Multan (Inland Revenue) is procuring non-consultancy services for the hiring of security and janitorial services under reference P111811 for the financial year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The services will be provided at the Regional Tax Office located in Multan City, Multan District, Punjab Province at L.M.Q Road, Nawan Sheher.
All eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to participate in this procurement. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The bidding process will be conducted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), and only registered vendors on EPADS v2.0 are permitted to submit proposals. Bidders must meet standard eligibility criteria for non-consultancy service providers as outlined in the bidding document.
