Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites well-reputed, experienced and professional entities to submit pre-qualification proposals for provision of tentage services from October 2026 to July 2028 across various cities and venues in Punjab, Pakistan. This procurement is issued under Rule 16(A)(5) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 to enhance the pool of prequalified service providers. The scope covers tentage requirements for cricket events and activities organized by PCB at multiple locations throughout the specified period. Prospective bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain active taxpayer status.
Eligible entities must be registered with the Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department as active taxpayers. Bidders are required to submit their pre-qualification proposals in sealed envelopes in hard copy format along with email submission. The Pre-qualification Document (PQD) containing detailed requirements, terms, conditions and technical specifications can be obtained by email from the Procurement Department. Interested parties should contact the PCB to receive the complete bidding documents before proposal preparation.
Proposals must be submitted in sealed hard copy envelopes clearly marked for this pre-qualification by 11:00 AM on 26th August 2026 to the Procurement Department at Gaddafi Stadium, Ferozpur Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The Procurement Department contact details are telephone 042-111-22-7777 and email procurement@pcb.com.pk. In case of any grievance, aggrieved parties may submit grievances to the undersigned in hard format or through email, as a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted under Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004. The PCB reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject any or all bids at any stage.
