Sindh Public Service Commission invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System for the supply and installation of rental furniture and miscellaneous items on a rental basis under a framework contract valid until June 2027. The procurement covers seating arrangements, tents, chairs, generators, sound systems, CCTV cameras, drinking water supply, and cleaning services required across multiple examination centres in Hyderabad, Karachi, Sukkur and Larkana, with the examination programme scheduled for November 2026 followed by other examinations through June 2027. The scope includes supply and installation of tents, iron and plastic chairs with covers, generators, sound systems, stage setup, invigilator counters, CCTV camera systems with SMD screens and DVR recording capabilities, control rooms, pedestals, fans, entry gate rows, mobile collection counters, first aid rooms, runner carpets, sweeping and cleaning services, chilled drinking water in sealed jerry cans, disposable glasses, help desk facilities and other relevant accessories including transportation and service charges as per requirement. Eligible bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Board of Revenue with valid NTN and Sales Tax Certificate, possess minimum five years experience in providing decoration services to reputable organizations, submit satisfactory performance certificates from previous events with Sindh Public Service Commission, demonstrate experience of similar services at minimum five events during the last five years with documentary evidence, and maintain annual bank turnover of Rs. 30 million during the last five years. Bid security is Rs. 5000 per quoted bid and non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5000 must be submitted as pay order in the name of Secretary, Sindh Public Service Commission. Bidding documents are available for download from the SPPA website until 11:00 a.m. on 28 August 2026, with online submission of bids through EPADS website by 28 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. and technical opening on the same day at 11:30 a.m. at New Secretariat Complex Building, Karachi. Bidders are required to submit affidavit on E-Stamp paper confirming that their company has not been blacklisted by any government department and has no dissatisfactory performance record at any institution during the last five years.
