The Government Special Education Centre Khanewal invites sealed bids for the procurement of winter and summer uniforms for boys and girls studying at the institution. The total estimated contract value is Rs. 20,000,000 for financial year 2026-27, divided into two lots: LOT#1 covering winter season uniforms (boys and girls) valued at Rs. 900,000 with earnest money of Rs. 45,000, and LOT#2 for summer season uniforms valued at Rs. 1,100,000 with earnest money of Rs. 55,000. Winter uniforms include shirts, pants, ties, banyans, socks, shoes and jerseys for boys, and shalwar, qameez, shameez, shawls, socks, shoes and jerseys for girls. Summer uniforms comprise shirts, pants, ties, banyans, socks and shoes for boys, and shalwar, qameez, dupattas, shameez, socks and shoes for girls. The procurement is being conducted in Khanewal, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and possess valid General Sales Tax and Income Tax registration certificates. Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated value for each lot must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt through online banking against the generated PSID. Successful bidders will be required to deposit 10% of the total store value as performance guarantee before supply commences. All bidders must submit certified copies of ID cards, tax registration documents, and a signed affidavit declaring non-involvement in litigation or blacklisting. Documentation must be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System along with acceptance of all terms and conditions.
Tender forms are available free of cost from the Punjab E-Procurement System or PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded by 12-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day in the presence of the Purchase Committee. After supply completion, random samples from both lots will be sent to National Textile University Faisalabad for laboratory testing at the bidder's expense, with results submitted to the Headmaster through official email. Non-compliance with specifications will result in cancellation and replacement at bidder's cost.
