Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers for the manufacturing of composite products on a FOR (Free on Rail) basis. The tender reference is Bid No. 4997/IT-6503/Mfr/2026-27/FOR(GP-III)/UASF/SCM dated 17 September 2026. Supply will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules with a delivery period of six months after signing of the contract. The procurement is being managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate of Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt, Punjab.
Bidders must possess valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and must fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria. Required supporting documents include photocopy of registration or pre-qualification letter from HIT/DGP/MoDP or government organizations, attested Sales Tax and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for one year, attested CNIC of CEO/Director, and a certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100 duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is neither blacklisted, suspended, nor debarred by any government organization. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations is mandatory. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the technical bid in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate.
