Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Sheikhupura invites bids for three infrastructure projects in Punjab totalling approximately PKR 16 million. The works comprise tuff paver installation in front of the Driving Training School and License Office (estimated cost PKR 1,090,453), supply of street light material (PKR 9,974,912), and provision and fixing of conductor for street lighting at Sharqpur Road bypass, Sheikhupura (PKR 4,973,532). All three projects follow item rates basis under the Punjab PPRA e-tendering system in compliance with updated PPRA Rules.
Bidders must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and maintain active registration on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Earnest money of 4 percent of estimated cost must be deposited as a Crossed Demand Draft in favour of the Chief Officer and uploaded online up to 30 minutes before bid opening. Tender fee must be paid in registered banks with the State Bank of Pakistan. Contractors must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, PEC and FBR authorities.
Bids will be submitted online via the PPRA Punjab portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) with opening scheduled for 29 August 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Chief Officer's office opposite Police Line, Lahore Road, District Courts Sheikhupura. Original earnest money CDR must be presented half an hour before opening; failure to do so results in disqualification.
